Waiver and Release of Liability

 By signing this Waiver and Release of Liability, I acknowledge that participation in activities at The Sticks Ice Rink and/or MyEdges Hockey Development programs involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of personal injury, property damage, or loss.

 

On behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, and any minor children under my care, as well as any guests, spectators, or other individuals I bring onto the premises (collectively referred to as “Guests”), I voluntarily assume all risks and full responsibility for any injury, damage, loss, or expense that may occur as a result of participation in or presence at any activity, event, or use of the facilities.

 

 I hereby forever release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue The Sticks Ice Rink, MyEdges Hockey Development, their owners, officers, directors, employees, coaches, volunteers, agents, landlords, and affiliates (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, whether past, present, or future, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury (including death), or expense—including those caused by the negligence of the Released Parties—that I, my minor children, or any Guests may sustain while on the premises or participating in any activity.

 

 I further grant the Released Parties permission to use photographs, videos, or other media taken of me, my minor children, or my Guests during activities for promotional or other lawful purposes without compensation.This release applies to me and extends to all Guests I bring onto the property, and I represent that I have the authority to sign on their behalf or will ensure they are informed of and bound by these terms.
